Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 501 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 501 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 501 ("platform" or "us"). 501 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register one account on the 501 platform only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without warning or refund.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number. All information must be accurate and up to date. 501 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes.
Your account password is solely your responsibility. You must keep it confidential and must not share your login credentials with anyone. 501 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. User Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the 501 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purpose
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform systems
- Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive, or obscene content
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or bets
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's personal information
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 501 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and online banking through major Malaysian banks.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set from time to time. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these limits before making any transaction. Successful deposits will be reflected in the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method.
For withdrawals, users must first complete the account verification process by providing valid identification documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in the same user's name. 501 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if there is any suspicious activity or pending compliance review.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to separate wagering (rollover) requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the stipulated conditions.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
501 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or temporary suspension. Our total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
501 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or legal compliance requirements. Where an account is legitimately closed through no fault of the user, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review process. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms by the user, 501 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in that account.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the compliance review is completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content available on the 501 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of 501 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 501.
Third-Party Links
The 501 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
501 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
